Our lives unfold according to the story we tell ourselves about it.  Come and let's recognize together the "gold" that is buried in your life's challenges and let go of what is weighing you down. Release anxieties, stuck emotions and old patterns and start a new story.  Learn ways to think and feel that optimizes your opportunity for healing, creativity and more joy; the path "back to the garden".

Healing from a wholeness perspective:

  • Through my experience and training in counseling and healing I've come to understand that healing is a holistic process and to truly heal and grow we must address the physical, the psychological, and our Spirits.  Using a four part model, body, mind, emotions and spirit, I can assist you in recognizing and releasing both emotional and psychological patterns that block your wellbeing. With additional coaching you can learn skills that assist you in living a more effective and joyful life.

An Invitation:

  • Our daily lives can cause us stress and life challenges can be difficult,  often going unresolved. As a result we can develop limiting stories about ourselves that weigh us down. This can block the free flowing energy needed for our wellbeing causing imbalances and dis-ease.  I invite you to look through the services I provide to determine if I may be of service to your wellbeing.
